What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, ground transit takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.
How do I care for my pleated shoes and bags?
To maintain the finish of our signature pleats, avoid contact with water and store them in their dust bags. If the pleats become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
