We want you to love your Loeffler Randall purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and shoes are tried on carpeted surfaces to maintain their pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original designer dust bags and boxes, then pack them into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
